Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. starts the consultation of the users of the Apulian airport network (Bari, Brindisi, Foggia, Grottaglie) regarding the proposal to update the regulated fees relating to the 2022 tariff year, in line with current regulations, the provisions of EU Directive 2009/12 and the Regulatory Model no. 2, referred to in Resolution ART no. 92/2017.

 

In order to ensure the widest possible comparison, by October 1st 2021 Aeroporti di Puglia will publish the following documents on its institutional website www.aeroportidipuglia.it, also available in English.

 

1. Annual information document with the information required by point 5.2.1 of Model 2 with the Proposal to update the fees regulated for the year 2022

3. Progress of the Investment Plan

4. Annual quality indicators

5. Annual indicators of environmental protection

6. Information on traffic trends

 

For the consultation of the User on the proposal to update the regulated fees for the 2022 tariff year, Aeroporti di Puglia has defined the following procedural path:

 

• 1 October 2021 start of the consultation with publication of the relevant information material

• 15 October 2021: deadline for receiving User comments

• 22 October 2021: Public Hearing of Users

 

More precisely, a public consultation is scheduled for October 22, 2021 at 11.00 to be held at the registered office of Aeroporti di Puglia – Via E.Ferrari snc – Bari.

 

Users can participate with the limit of n. 1 representative in attendance and will, however, have the possibility to connect via the web (a link will be provided on request). The designated representative must have the appropriate powers to sign the Minutes of the consultation.

 

The following will be illustrated during the meeting:

 

a) Traffic: traffic trend

 

b) Investments: State of progress in relation to the provisions of the four-year plan approved by ENAC

 

c) Quality and Environment: information on the progress of the Quality Plans and Environmental Protection

 

d) Tariff proposal: Allowed costs and consequent tariff proposal for the year 2022 developed for regulated service.

 

In the public consultation, however, Aeroporti di Puglia will provide complete information on the issues listed above, providing any clarification.

 

As mentioned above, interested parties may send their comments on the documentation published on the Aeroporti di Puglia website to the following email address ufficioprotocollo@pec.aeroportidipuglia.it. The comments received by 15 October 2021 will be able to be examined and discussed already during the consultation on 22 October 2021.

 

At the end of the Consultation, the Operator promptly publishes the level of rights applicable in the new year on its website, also providing for the transmission of the same, by certified email, to the subjects responsible in Italy for updating the IATA ticketing systems at travel ticket sales agencies, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 6.2 of Directive 2009/12 / EC.

 

The broadest participation of Users in the consultation launched with this note is hoped for.

 

All documentation relating to the proposed revision of airport charges for the tariff period 2022 is made available to Users for the entire consultation period on the website www.aeroportidipuglia.it. Users interested in acquiring information, clarifications, clarifications and / or accessing the documentation regarding the proposed update of the Airport Charges for the year 2021, can use the following instructions:

 

1. Wait for the transmission by e-mail of the personal credentials to be entered in the appropriate mask of this section to access the documentation (Aeroporti di Puglia SpA reserves the right to deny the sending of the aforementioned access credentials in justified cases, for example Users who cannot be qualified as interested).
