ANNUAL HEARING OF USERS OF THE APULIAN AIRPORT NETWORK (BARI, BRINDISI, FOGGIA, GROTTAGLIE)

Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. has launched its annual consultation with users of the Apulian airport network (Bari, Brindisi, Foggia, Grottaglie), in accordance with current regulations, the provisions of EU Directive 2009/12 and the regulatory models referred to in ART Resolution No. 38/2023.

In order to ensure the widest possible consultation, on 31 July 2025, Aeroporti di Puglia published the Annual Information Document on its institutional website www.aeroportidipuglia.it, as required by Measure 8.2.1 of the Regulatory Models referred to in ART Resolution No. 38/2023, also available in English.

More specifically, a public hearing is scheduled for 30 October 2025, from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (indicative time, subject to the need for an extension), to be held at the registered office of Aeroporti di Puglia – Via E.Ferrari snc – Bari.

Users may participate with a maximum of one representative in person and will, in any case, be able to connect via the web. The designated representative must have the appropriate powers to sign the minutes of the hearing.

As mentioned above, interested parties may submit their written comments and/or requests for further information on specific issues regarding the documentation published on the Aeroporti di Puglia website to the following email addresses:ufficioprotocollo@pec.aeroportidipuglia.it ;psumma@aeroportidipuglia.it ;narmenise@aeroportidipuglia.it ;agonzales@aeroportidipuglia.it ; .

Comments received by 25 October 2025 may be examined and discussed during the hearing on 30 October 2025.

At the end of the hearing, the Operator will promptly publish the level of applicable rights for the following year on its website and will also send them by certified email to the entities responsible in Italy for updating the IATA ticketing systems at ticket sales agencies, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 6.2 of Directive 2009/12/EC.

• Wait for an email within two working days containing your personal login details, which you must enter in the appropriate form in this section to access the documentation (Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. reserves the right to refuse to send these login details in justified cases, for example if users do not qualify as interested parties).
