USER CONSULTATION ON THE PROPOSED REVISION OF AIRPORT CHARGES FOR THE PERIOD 2025-2027 FOR THE APULIAN AIRPORT NETWORK (BARI, BRINDISI, FOGGIA, GROTTAGLIE)

Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. has started the consultation with the users of the Apulian Airport Network (Bari, Brindisi, Foggia, Grottaglie) on the proposed revision of the airport charges and other regulated fees for the period 2025-2027, in line with the current regulation, the prescriptions of the EU Directive 2009/12 and the Tariff Models as per ART Resolution no. 38/2023.

In order to ensure the widest possible debate, on 7th February 2025 Aeroporti di Puglia will proceed to publish on its institutional website www.aeroportidipuglia.it the following documents, as provided for by Measure 7 of the Tariff Models as per ART Resolution no. 38/2023, also available in English:

1. Consultation document with the Proposed revision of airport and other regulated charges for the period 2025-2027
2. Traffic forecasts
3. Intervention Plan
4. Environmental Quality and Protection Plan

For the consultation of the Users on the proposed revision of airport charges and regulated fees for the period 2025-2027, Aeroporti di Puglia has defined the following procedural path:

• 7th February 2025 start of consultation with publication of relevant information material
• 5^th  March 2025: deadline for receiving comments from users
• 10th  March 2025: Users’ public hearing

More precisely, a public hearing is scheduled for 10^th  March 2025, from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (scheduled time, subject to time extension requirements), to be held at Aeroporti di Puglia’s registered office – Via E.Ferrari snc – Bari.

Users may participate with a limit of 1 representative in attendance and will, in any case, be able to connect via the web (the connection link will be provided on request). The appointed representative shall have the appropriate powers to sign the minutes of the hearing.

As mentioned above, interested parties may send their written observations and/or requests for further information on specific issues on the documentation published on the Aeroporti di Puglia website to the following e-mail address ufficioprotocollo@pec.aeroportidipuglia.it and psumma@aeroportidipuglia.it . Comments received by 5th March 2025 may be examined and discussed already during the hearing on 10^th  March 2025.

At the end of the hearing, Aeroporti di Puglia shall promptly publish on its website the level of the fees applicable in the period 2025-2027, also providing for the transmission thereof, by means of PEC, to the subjects responsible in Italy for updating the IATA ticketing systems at the agencies selling travel tickets, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 6.2 of Directive 2009/12/EC.

The widest possible participation of users in the consultation initiated by this note is hoped for.

All documentation concerning the annual consultation, Users interested in acquiring information, clarifications and/or access to documentation concerning the proposed revision of airport charges and other regulated fees for the period 2025-2027, may use the following instructions:

1. Send an e-mail requesting a password to access the Reserved Area toufficioprotocollo@pec.aeroportidipuglia.it and psumma@aeroportidipuglia.it and narmenise@aeroportidipuglia.it with the subject line “Consultation revision of airport charges for the period 2025-2027 and attachments” together with the confidentiality agreement (downloadable below) duly completed and signed;

• Wait for the transmission via e-mail, within the following 2 working days, of the personal credentials to be entered in the special mask in this section to access the documentation (Aeroporti di Puglia S.p.A. reserves the right to deny the sending of said access credentials in justified cases, e.g. Users not qualifying as interested parties).
