The Equal Opportunities Committee was established in July 2007, in association with Aeroporti di Puglia and Air Carriers serving Bari and Brindisi. The committee comprises of 8 members, 4 of which are appointed by AdP and 4 by trade unions. This committee represents a real opportunity to establish a steady flow of communication between regional initiatives towards gender equality and AdP policies in terms of just and safe workplaces.
