The Equal Opportunities Committee promotes initiatives aimed at creating equal conditions among workers of companies operating at airports, as well as removing discriminatory behaviors based on gender, identifying the most appropriate measures to ensure effective equality between sexes across all human resources management, and in particular: access to employment, vocational training, updating and professional development, working schedules and best practices aimed at an optimal work/life balance.
